Steal my personal social calendar 🗓️

I love a content calendar, so much so that I declared my love in a LinkedIn post that went kind of viral.

I'm of the firm belief that there's a content calendar out there for everyone, you just need to adjust it to your personal needs - which is why Notion is such a great option. You can connect it to your other databases, share it with whoever needs access, and colour code it to your heart's desire.

So, here's a template to get you started.

What's included:

💡 Idea Board - store all your backlog of lightbulb moments and "must do a post about this someday" ideas in one place

🗓️ Easy-to-use Calendar - simply add your posts, tag by pillar and format, and keep track of progress until they're ready to publish

🪄 Customisable Template - use the automated page template to copy my structure, or update it to fit your way of working

🗄️ Searchable Archive - go back and find previously published posts that have automatically been categorised

How to use:

1. Click the 'Duplicate' button in the top right hand corner to add a copy of the template to your Notion account.
2. To create a new post, either either click the blue ‘New’ button or the ‘+’ button that appears when you hover over a specific date.
3. New posts are automatically added to the ‘Idea Board’. When you change the status to ‘Draft’ and add a publish date it will move over to the calendar.
4. I’ve created a page template which auto-populates new posts with the structure I like to use. To customise this, click the downwards arrow next to the blue ‘New’ button and edit the ‘New social post’ template to your heart’s desire.
